Filberto’s Authentic Filipino Cuisine
The Warmth and Flavor of the Philippines
Filberto’s brings the warmth and flavor of the Philippines to the heart of Columbus—serving up home-cooked comfort, family tradition, and Filipino hospitality, all from a vibrant stall inside Banks Food Hall.
What started as a pop-up and catering service has grown into a beloved local favorite, named after Chef Grace Frost’s parents, Filomena and Alberto. Their passion for food and family inspired the name—and the mission. Filberto’s is rooted in the idea that food is best enjoyed together, at one big table, just like back home.
The rotating menu is packed with Filipino favorites, from Adobo and BBQ Skewers to Bistek Tagalog, Pancit, and Dinakdakan. Every dish is full of bold, rich flavor—slow simmered, grilled, fried, or sautéed the traditional way. Can’t decide? Grab a Kanin Combo and sample a little of everything.
Don’t skip dessert: their Halo-Halo Espesyal and Buko Pandan are sweet, colorful, and uniquely Filipino. And the Melon Refresher? Absolute must on a hot day.
At Filberto’s, you’re not just a customer—you’re family. Come hungry and leave full, satisfied, and maybe just a little homesick for a place you’ve never been.
